We offer a 8-day easy return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase/order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items
- Damaged products caused by misuse
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
